Gifts by Design uses Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS to offer the following shipping options within the continental U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

Available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges (and any applicable taxes) will be displayed during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges:

Gifts by Design will gladly replace a gift with another selection of equal value, or refund the credit card used for its purchase.

Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

Write down the gift return ID (GRID) given to you by the customer service representative.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Gifts by Design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Gifts by Design will provide a prepaid USPS return label if you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product.
